RETURN PERIOD

RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at contact@lilyandglory.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval and Return Address: After approval, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping, except for cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval.
REFUNDS :
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the original shipping cost, within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
