1. What is Lily & Glory?
Lily & Glory is a UK-based fashion store curating premium women's clothing and accessories from top European designers. We specialize in bold, elegant fashion that empowers women to feel confident and stylish in every moment.


2. Where do you ship from?
We work with select European partners and ship directly from our supplier warehouses, primarily in Poland. This allows us to offer exclusive designer pieces not widely available elsewhere.


3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the UK, selected European countries, and other international locations. Please check our Shipping Policy or contact us for more information on your specific destination.


4. How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. EU deliveries take approximately 3–8 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on customs or courier delays.


5. Will I have to pay customs or VAT?
If you are located outside of the EU, including the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local charges. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.


6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on selected items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Certain brands and items (such as final sale or lingerie may not be eligible for return. For full details, please read our Return Policy.


7. How do I start a return?
Please email us at contact@lilyandglory.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Do not return anything without first contacting us, as return addresses vary by brand.


8. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.


9. What if I entered the wrong address at checkout?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Lily & Glory is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


10. Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! We offer students 10% off storewide when they verify their student status using a valid school email.

To claim your discount:

  • Enter your school-issued email through our student discount form.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and must verify your email by clicking the link.

  • Once verified, a discount code will be provided.

You can generate up to 3 student codes per day, and each code is valid until 11:59 PM the next calendar day. Student discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts in the store.


11. Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
No, only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order.


12. Do you offer size guides?
Yes, we include a size guide on most product pages. Because we carry multiple European brands, sizing may vary slightly by product. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to contact us.


13. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Contact us immediately at contact@lilyandglory.com. Once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.


14. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@lilyandglory.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.
