Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking information (where available).

- Selected European countries  
- Other selected international destinations on a case-by-case basis (please contact us for confirmation before ordering)

 Shipping Costs

 Customs, Duties & Taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations.
- These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.

 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  
- Lily & Glory is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If your parcel is unclaimed or returned to sender, re-delivery may require additional postage costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link (if available) so you can monitor its progress. If you don’t receive your tracking number within a few days, feel free to contact us.
