 Return Policy

At Lily & Glory, we want you to love every item you receive. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a simple return process on eligible products. Please review our policy below before making a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on selected items  within 14 days  of delivery, and Returned items must be:

-Unworn and unused  
- In their original condition and packaging  
- With all original labels and tags attached

Therefore, all sales from the above brands are final and no returns will be accepted except where the wrong item(s) have been sent 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lilyandglory.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately we are unable to accept return for 

- Lingerie for  hygiene reasons
- Worn or washed items  
- Items not in their original packaging  
- Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping & Customs Charges

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  
- Any applicable customs duties or fees related to the return must also be paid by the customer.  
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.

Customer Responsibility

Lily & Glory is not responsible for issues arising from:

- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer  
- Refused deliveries or uncollected parcels  
- Missed or incorrect delivery information

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@lilyandglory.com

 with:

- Your order number  
- The item(s) you want to return  
- The reason for return  
- Photos, if the item is defective or damaged

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.  


Please do not return any items before contacting us.

Return Address

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us at contact@lilyandglory.com  to receive the correct return address and further instructions.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will only accept responsible for sending the wrong item(s). However we will not be liable for damage caused by the courier company.
