Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately we are unable to accept return for  - Lingerie for  hygiene reasons - Worn or washed items   - Items not in their original packaging   - Clearance or final sale items Return Shipping & Customs Charges - The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.   - Any applicable customs duties or fees related to the return must also be paid by the customer.   - We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
