Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately we are unable to accept return for  - Lingerie for  hygiene reasons - Worn or washed items   - Items not in their original packaging   - Clearance or final sale items Return Shipping & Customs Charges - The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.   - Any applicable customs duties or fees related to the return must also be paid by the customer.   - We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
