Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues - Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. - Lily & Glory is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. - If your parcel is unclaimed or returned to sender, re-delivery may require additional postage costs. Please allow 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately we are unable to accept return for  - Lingerie for  hygiene reasons - Worn or washed items   - Items not in their original packaging   - Clearance or final sale items Return Shipping & Customs Charges - The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.   - Any applicable customs duties or fees related to the return must also be paid by the customer.   - We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Customer Responsibility Lily & Glory is not responsible for issues arising from: - Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer   - Refused deliveries or uncollected parcels   - Missed or incorrect delivery information Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at contact@lilyandglory.com  with: - Your order number   - The item(s) you want to return   - The reason for return   - Photos, if the item is defective or damaged We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.   Please do not return any items before contacting us. Return Address If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
